This new module layout gives prospective home buyers a much more rich information when exploring your interactive site plans. You now have the ability to scroll through a list of your property types giving you an easier way to compare all types of home on the same screen.
Property types can be selected to highlight all of the homes of this type to help you narrow down your search. From here you can find out more information on this type of home as well as selecting individual plots from the site plan to see individual pricing, sales types - including affordable home buying schemes, differences in home size and more.
From this view you can easily favourite homes and house types of interest to look at in detail later from your favourites list. The favourites list can be easily shared from marketing suite kiosks to any device giving your sales agents a great way of compiling properties of interest and giving the prospective buyer something to take away with them after a marketing suite visit or as a virtual sales tool.
Overall the new layout gives buyers much more information in one place, creating a slicker and more engaging experience and making it easier and more enjoyable to explore your virtual development.
