Site plan info pop-ups
Within your interactive site plan you are able to select the development's plots and off-plan home styles already by selecting a plot and navigating to pages including detailed information. Our latest addition allows users to see more rich information without leaving the site plan, by showing a pop-up containing the selected property's key details. This makes it easier for your property sales agents to show home buyers an overview of each plot alongside the context of the development layout, which can be useful when exploring and narrowing down the options. Users can also 'favourite' properties from these pop-ups, allowing them to create a shortlist of properties that may be of interest.
Location info pop-ups
Similarly to the site plan info pop-ups we have now improved the pop-ups we show on location maps. Location maps allow users to explore the local area around your development as well as nearby amenities. We have now updated our pop-ups to include more information about each amenity as well as showing walking, driving and public transport travel times from the development.
Media grids
In order to make the experience of exploring your app's media simpler we've added a new media grid view. Media grid view can be found in both galleries and your digital brochure.
Our galleries can be used to show photos, CGIs, videos and 360 tours to your prospective home buyers and the media grid view allows you to see an overview of this content and select specific media with ease.
You can also now view your digital interactive brochures using the media grid; giving your property sales teams and off-plan property buyers a simple way to navigate through important information, using an expanded view of your brochure pages.
