Marmoset and Rose Builders at The Tendering Show
A great day was had by all when Marmoset assisted Rose Builders at the Tendering show on Saturday the 6th July 2023.
Marmoset supplied a large touchscreen kiosk as well as the VR headsets to aid Rose Builders in demonstrating their latest local developments to visitors of the show using VR ready CGI assets.
Rose brochure
Created especially for the show, the kiosk exhibits a brochure and information about the current and upcoming developments:
- view videos about Rose Builders
- read about Rose Builders and how they began
- browse through all current and upcoming developments
- view videos and photos for each development
- share your favourite developments directly to your phone via QR code
We added this brochure in to allow Rose Builders to have a digital platform to display the relevant information they might need on the day.
Within each development card you can view details of the development, view videos, flick through the gallery of images and finally share the development of interest directly to your phone via QR code. Using QR codes in this way allow the visitor to load all of the relevant information on the day to refer back to as and when they like.
Lawford Green app
The large touchscreen kiosk hosted the full Lawford Green interactive app that flaunted the following:
- view the siteplan from all angles, zoom in and out as you wish
- filter by budget, house style, bedrooms etc
- peruse the house styles
- explore the development via street view
- view floorplans, dimensions and specifications
- explore the local area via the interactive local area map
- create a list of favourite plots helping to narrow down the selection
- compare properties side by side
- share directly to your phone or email
Allowing visitors to peruse the house types, explore the site and read more about the development, the kiosk was a great asset at the Tendering show. Navigating the app is straight forward, allowing visitors to explore in their own time. The share function allows the visitor to go home with the app on their mobile phone as well as remember their favourites selected on the day.
VR Experience
As the Lawford Green app includes CGI street view, we were able to enhance the experience through a VR headset. Our VR tours use the latest technology to bring a fast and reliable immersive experiences to your property marketing suite.
Virtually explore the development using the VR headset. Move to a new area of the development using gaze control and remove the need for handsets. Users can simply point their head to an area they wish to move to and automatically travel to that spot.
This was a great attraction at the show for Rose Builders as it got visitors involved and exploring the stunning Lawford Green development.
