For Clarion we not only installed the app within their physical on-site marketing suite but also provided them with progressive web apps (PWA) for their developments NOMA Westminster and Evergreen in Harringey. The PWAs can be shared to any device using a web-friendly URL and can also be downloaded as an app onto phones, tablets and computers for quick access and a native viewing experience as well as viewing on-the-go in web browsers.
Clarion’s sales teams are now able to host video calls and screen share the app from their desktop with prospective buyers to give them an experience like being in the marketing suite. By doing this they can show buyers around the site plan and available plots for their chosen property style. They can also give customers an idea of what’s around the local area and show them amenities relevant to them, like schools, shops and restaurants.
The bespoke digital brochure feature also allows the sales team to display important information within the app, such as property specs, aftercare info and imagery, which can be displayed on screen whilst they talk customers through the highlights and key points.
