C & L Fairburn’s impressive development, Kenwick Gardens, comprises 13 executive homes set in Louth, Lincolnshire.
C & L Fairburn wanted a visual interactive tool to promote and sell their off-plan homes. Using our interactive property finder module and a set of high resolution CGIs we were able to create an interactive experience to showcase the development and it’s homes from multiple aerial viewpoints.
The app needed to be viewable on an array of devices so it could be easily shared with prospective buyers.

Introducing Kenwick Views
Kenwick Views is C&L Fairburn’s latest development, consisting of 13 executive homes.Our main goals for the app were to allow prospective buyers to explore development layout and the stunning properties by creating a visual plot selector.
We also needed to display key information about each property, a map of the local area and bespoke pages to introduce the development.
Visual property selector with high definition imaging
Using high resolution CGIs of the development masterplan we created a visual property selector. This allowed sales agents and home buyers to explore properties from an aerial view of the development in high detail and select homes to see key information.
Explore the development from multiple key angles
Using a series of CGIs we were able to create a 3D version of the site plan for buyers to view from four different viewpoints to get a better understanding of the development.
PWA for easy sharing and download to devices
C&L Fairburn decided to release their Marmoset app as a PWA allowing potential buyers and sales agents to install the app on any mobile device or view in their browser. Due to the nature of a PWA the app is also enabled with offline support meaning the app can be used seamlessly even in low or zero signal areas.Find out more about PWAs...
