Introducing Mulberry Homes at Braintree
Mulberry got in touch in preparation for launching the development for luxury homes in Braintree.
Looking to reduce printing costs on brochures they focussed on creating an app that delivered all of the relevant information as well as capturing the bustling links nearby.
Interactive masterplan
Using the CGI's provided, we created an interactive masterplan that navigates the site from all angles.
With built in filters the site plan can be adapted as per your buyers specifications.
Streetview is built in so you can explore the site digitally on foot!
Enriched digital brochure
Using their designed brochure we were able to create an interactive version that links back to relevant sections in the app.
This is also the perfect space to host detailed specification details about the luxury homes.
Capture the local area
One of the outcomes for this app was to demonstrate just how well connected the Braintree development is. Using the local area map we were able to highlight the wealth of shops, restaurants, train links etc nearby.
