Following on from the success of the app Marmoset have provided Mulberry Homes with for their development in Braintree, Felsted Gate was next on the list.
Looking to reduce printing costs on brochures they focussed on creating an app that delivered all of the relevant information as well as capturing the bustling links nearby whilst showcasing this stunning development for luxury homes.
Interactive masterplan
We made the high spec CGIs interactive to enable you to explore the masterplan and navigates the site from multiple angles.
Street view allows the element of really feeling like you are there. With built in filters the site plan can show or hide homes as per your buyers needs.
Enriched local area map
To demonstrate just how well connected the Felsted Gate development is, this map allows you to view a lot of information easily.
Using the local area map we were able to highlight the wealth of shops, restaurants, train links nearby.
Cost saving digital brochure
Bringing the Mulberry Homes brochure to life we have combined their great imagery with some moving elements.
Packed full of information about the local area and surrounding villages, this digital brochure saves marketing spend on printing hard copies.
