Following on from the success of the app Marmoset have provided Mulberry Homes with for their development in Braintree and Felsted Gate, The Meadows was next on the list.
Looking to reduce printing costs on brochures they focussed on creating an app that delivered all of the relevant information as well as capturing the bustling links nearby whilst showcasing this stunning development for luxury homes.

We made the high spec CGI's interactive to enable you to explore the masterplan and navigates the site from multiple angles.
Street view allows the element of really feeling like you are there. With built in filters the site plan can show or hide homes as per your buyers needs.

Updated their website with a fully interactive 3D aerial site plan with street view and internal tour support.
The home finder allows for buyers to search by size, availability and more to view a photo realistic view of their home in unsurpassed detail.
With a 2D/3D toggle they can quickly switch views to fully understand the plots available.

Enriched local area map
To demonstrate just how well connected the Felsted Gate development is, this map allows you to view a lot of information easily.
Using the local area map we were able to highlight the wealth of shops, restaurants, train links nearby.
