Project Brief

The Meadows by Mulberry Homes is a development of luxury 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes nestled within the Essex countryside.

This stunning app allows the prospective buyers to explore the development via streetview, view the specification of the homes, shortlist them and share a favourites list to review at a later date.

This Marmoset app is displayed in the marketing suite on a large touch screen kiosk.

Following on from the success of the app Marmoset have provided Mulberry Homes with for their development in Braintree and Felsted Gate, The Meadows was next on the list.

Looking to reduce printing costs on brochures they focussed on creating an app that delivered all of the relevant information as well as capturing the bustling links nearby whilst showcasing this stunning development for luxury homes.

Interactive masterplan

We made the high spec CGI's interactive to enable you to explore the masterplan and navigates the site from multiple angles. 

Street view allows the element of really feeling like you are there. With built in filters the site plan can show or hide homes as per your buyers needs. 


Built for group

Designed from the ground up to manage all their developments. With the ability to cross sell developments from any site, API plugins to sync data, and a powerful CMS we have them covered.

Embedded interactive site plan

Updated their website with a fully interactive 3D aerial site plan with street view and internal tour support.

The home finder allows for buyers to search by size, availability and more to view a photo realistic view of their home in unsurpassed detail.

With a 2D/3D toggle they can quickly switch views to fully understand the plots available.

Enriched local area map

To demonstrate just how well connected the Felsted Gate development is, this map allows you to view a lot of information easily. 

Using the local area map we were able to highlight the wealth of shops, restaurants, train links nearby.
