Introducing interactive spinners

We're excited to announce our latest addition to the Marmoset family; interactive spinners. Take a look at our video below:

Our spinners allow prospective home buyers to rotate around your 3D development site plans and buildings using CGIs. To get a closer look at the development or building you are also able to zoom and pan across the site plan to explore properties in greater detail. Spinners also include full web support giving you flexibility in how and where you use your interactive.

As well as exploring your 360 degree view you can make use of our property selector tools including:

• Plot selection with key information about each property
• Style selection, highlighting all plots of the same home style and giving key details 
• Explore properties in more detail including specifications and dimensions, floor plans, galleries and panoramic tours
• Advanced filtering to isolate relevant properties, including number of bedrooms, price, size, availability and more
• Select and filter properties by sales type, e.g. shared ownership, rental, affordable housing

We can normally use your existing CGIs to achieve this or we can arrange for CGIs to be created for you.
