Project Brief

We are delighted to deliver our latest interactive UX experience for the much awaited launch of Brentwood Central by Weston Homes. 

The app is beautifully displayed on a 55' screen inside their carefully crafted marketing suite. 

It's been a pleasure working on this project from start to finish and a delight to hear how the Marmoset system has already been a big boost to new home off-plan sales. 


Branded for you

Brochure pages are implemented with smooth animations which will bring your story to life. The app is branded using your brand guidelines, images, videos and CGIs. A bespoke app made for you.


Detailed apartment finder

Using stunning 32K imagery at each floor level the powerful apartment finder allows you to go up and down floors at ease and view all areas of the building in great detail.

The sales app is the heart of the marketing suite, featuring a powerful apartment finder, live availability, detailed plot information, compare mode, share favourites and much more. 

Apartment picker

Using stunning 32K imagery at each floor level the powerful apartment finder is both informative and a joy to use. 

With filters, live availability, and model integration the finding your next home has never been easier. 

Share the app and favourites

After narrowing down the search on the large kiosk in the marketing suite, the favourites list can be shared directly to the buyers phone via QR code or email. 

Meaning they will go home with the app in their pocket to explore further in their own time.

Rich local area

The local area map is a fantastic tool for demonstrating what local amenities that surround the development. 

Making the most of this busy area, Brentwood Central's local area map is populated with the nearby bars & restaurants, shops, but most importantly surrounded by nature and parks.

Galleries

A feature that allows you to show the full beauty of the development. Combine all of the imagery created and present them in a smooth carousel.

We provided a large freestanding touchscreen for the marketing suite and offer full hardware management and remote support for complete peace of mind. Our apps work on a huge variety of devices so we can generally work with your existing hardware.

Public share links with web friendly URLs

Publishing your app as a PWA (Progressive Web App) allows you to share it to any device using web friendly URLs, as well as downloading the app icon to your device’s home screen for easy access and a more native experience.
