Selling a tower, not a street
Buyers choose a floor, an aspect and a view as much as a floor plan, and none of those can be shown on a siteplan.
Jasper Wharf is the latest phase at Abbey Quay, a riverside tower in Barking alongside the River Roding, with views across the London skyline. Weston Homes needed buyers in the Sales and Marketing Suite to understand where each apartment sits in the building, and what it looks out on, before the tower was finished.
Floor by floor
Jasper Wharf runs on Marmoset Pro, our real-time 3D platform. Buyers start with the whole of Abbey Quay by the river, then fly in to the tower itself.
The apartment finder lists every floor, from the twenty-ninth down, with each apartment’s bedrooms and size. Tap one and it lights up on the building, so buyers see exactly where it sits: which floor, which corner, which way it faces. From there it’s one tap to the floor plan, the specification, or a comparison with another apartment.

The view from the balcony
For a tower, the view is often the deciding factor. Balcony view shows the outlook from that apartment’s height and direction, across Barking to Canary Wharf and the City.
Buyers see the view they’re paying for months before they could stand on the balcony.
Around the clock, and around London
Time of day
Move the sun across the scene, so a west-facing apartment can be shown in the evening light whatever time the appointment is.
Floor plans side by side
Two apartments next to each other, for buyers deciding between them.London as the local area
3D maps fly out to The O2, Canary Wharf, The Shard, the City, Liverpool Street and Westfield.
From the front door
The local area map plots journeys from Jasper Wharf to schools, shops, stations and nights out.In the suite and in the hand
The app runs on a touchscreen kiosk and a wall screen in the Sales and Marketing Suite, and on iPad for the seated conversation. The iPad version works offline, so it’s reliable on a site that’s still being built. Every screen runs from the same CMS, so availability stays in step.

The outcome
The app was live for the opening of the Jasper Wharf Sales and Marketing Suite on 18 September 2025, and has been at the centre of the suite since.
