Mulberry Homes
Sales apps across seven developments, and the mulberryhomes.co.uk website. Each one is shaped to its scheme rather than a template.

At a glance
Mulberry Homes has become one of Marmoset’s most active multi-development clients. Across seven schemes (Felsted Gate, Roxton, Braintree, The Meadows at Felsted, Kelvedon, Badwell Ash, and Whissendine) we have delivered branded interactive sales apps for their marketing suites, alongside the mulberryhomes.co.uk website.
Client: Mulberry Homes

The relationship
Mulberry Homes builds across several regions, with developments that vary in scale and setting. That variety has made the Mulberry relationship a consistent test of how well Marmoset adapts to a brief rather than imposes a template.
What started with a single development has grown into one of our most active ongoing partnerships. Each Mulberry launch arrives with its own brief, its own CGI package, and its own phased delivery of assets: site plans, floor plans, aerial photography, finishes specifications. The Marmoset pipeline has been built around that workflow: receiving assets in stages, integrating them quickly, and keeping the sales team updated as sign-off progresses scheme by scheme.
Built for Mulberry, across every scheme
The Marmoset setup across Mulberry’s suites has a consistent logic: one interactive tool the sales team can manage themselves.
Built for group
Designed with the ability to cross sell developments from any site, API plugins to sync data, COINS integration and a powerful CMS to operate from.
Branded throughout
Each app is built to Mulberry’s brand identity: typography, colour palette, and visual language, so the experience in the suite feels like Mulberry, not a generic off-the-shelf tool.
Aerial photography integration
Mulberry commissions drone photography timed to construction progress for each scheme. That aerial material feeds directly into the Marmoset app, giving buyers an accurate view of the site rather than renders that predate the build. The aerials are captured specifically at the angles needed for the app interface.
Marmoset Spotlight
With the introduction of Marmoset Spotlight, Mulberry can now effortlessly update content and upload seasonal campaigns to their touchscreens. This helps maximise the ROI of their hardware while ensuring their branding and messaging remain fresh, relevant, and front of mind for buyers visiting their marketing suite.
CGI
We have progressed our CGI offering for Mulberry, developing high-quality visuals that bring new developments to life. The latest CGIs, both static and animated, demonstrate how detailed and realistic imagery can help buyers better understand a development before it is built. The offering is continuing to grow, with several new developments currently in progress and further launches planned for 2027.
The website
We built and maintain mulberryhomes.co.uk, the Mulberry Homes public-facing website. The site covers all active and coming soon developments, with each scheme’s listings, floor plans, and brochures managed through a self-serve CMS.
A key feature of the site is the ability to embed the interactive siteplan directly from the Marmoset app into each development’s page. Buyers browsing online get the same siteplan experience as those in the marketing suite (plot availability, layout, and detail) without leaving the website. It means the siteplan is maintained in one place and surfaces everywhere Mulberry needs it.
Recent additions include an affordability calculator that lets buyers estimate what they can borrow, and an interactive brochure flipbook for viewing brochures online. The site also integrates with Mulberry’s appointment booking system and property data feed, keeping availability and pricing in step across their digital presence.
