Every development, one partner
We work with Curo on all of their new-build developments: apartments at Mulberry Park in Bath, family homes at Locking Parklands in Weston-super-Mare and Keyford Meadows in Frome, and most recently Withies Green in Keynsham.
Each development gets its own branded app, and the same app runs everywhere Curo sells: the touchscreen in the marketing suite, an iPad for the sales team, and buyers’ phones to take home. The interactive siteplans also sit on Curo’s sales website, so buyers exploring online see the same live availability as the suite.
Room to try new ideas
Curo are happy to try new things with us. At Locking Parklands that meant an interactive window display, so the marketing suite keeps selling after it closes.
At Withies Green it meant The Bruton cut-through: the front of a three-storey townhouse lifts away, and buyers watch one room grow from a nursery to a second sitting room over twenty years. See Withies Green.
