Introducing Barton Brook Green
Barton Brook Green is One Vision Housing's latest development, consisting of 68 homes.
Our main goals for the app were to show off the development layout and create a visual plot selector. We also needed to differentiate the houses which are being offered under various different affordable housing schemes, which was no problem using our sales type features.
Visual property selector with high definition imaging
Using high resolution CGIs of the development masterplan we created a visual property selector. This allowed sales agents and home buyers to explore properties in high detail and select homes to see key details as well as finding other homes of the same style.
Advertise multiple sales types
Using our sales type features we designated each of the properties it's own sales type, giving One Vision Housing a way to show affordable rent, shared ownership and rent to buy properties as well as their corresponding pricing models.
Explore the development from multiple viewpoints
Using a series of CGIs we were able to create a 3D version of the site plan for buyers to view from four different viewpoints to get a better understanding of the development.
PWA for easy sharing and download to devices
One Vision Housing decided to release their Marmoset app as a PWA allowing potential buyers and sales assistants to install the app on any mobile device or view in their browser. Due to the nature of a PWA the app is also enabled with offline support meaning the app can be used seamlessly even in low or zero signal areas.
Fully responsive, share to any device
The PWA is fully responsive meaning that sales agents can easily share app details with prospective buyers to safely view on any device and still enjoy a fully optimised interactive experience.
