Broadmeadow Park is a collection of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes located in the historic market town of Sandbach, Cheshire. For their on-site sales and marketing suite, Latimer required a kiosk install of Marmoset, to be run on their custom built plinth.

Broadmeadow Park’s marketing suite
Latimer needed an interactive touchscreen app to show their collection of house at Broadmeadow Park. Marmoset was actually installed at Broadmedow Park long before the final marketing suite was ready into a temporary plinth in a temporary suite.The hardware we require to run the Marmoset app can be physically small, which meant it was simple to move and install in it’s final position once the final marketing suite was ready.
The heart of the marketing suite
The first thing prospective buyers see when entering the marketing suite is the interactive touchscreen app, installed into their upright plinth. This provides the perfect introduction to engage home buyers with information about their potential future property.
Interactive siteplan
At the core of Broadmeadow Park’s app is a 2D interactive siteplan. Within the siteplan users are able to see an overview of the development alongside top-level information about each plot and house style including live availability statuses. They can also select any home on the siteplan and find more detailed information.
Property finder
Finding the right home is made easy for visitors to the marketing suite with property finder tools available to help narrow down suitable properties for the individual. Detailed information for each home style can be accessed to give users property specifications, dimensions, CGIs, floorplans and more.
