Project brief

Marmoset was commissioned to elevate the sales experience at Hayes Park through the design and installation of an interactive app that transforms how visitors engage with the development.

In collaboration with Stone, CBRE, and Shaka Studio, we delivered custom touchscreen hardware to host the app at this stunning new development in a London borough.

The app was designed to offer a seamless and engaging experience, allowing users to explore all available apartments, view local amenities, and save their preferences for later review from the comfort of their own home. By repurposing visual assets originally created for the brochure collateral, the client was able to enhance the customer journey in a more interactive way, while also saving time and reducing costs.

Install day at Hayes Park

The client chose to position the touchscreen TV in the show home as the starting point of the customer journey - an ideal launch space while the main marketing suite is still under construction, ensuring prospective buyers enjoy an engaging and seamless experience from day one.

We handled the purchase and delivery of all hardware, selecting a screen that met the right spec and saving the client time and hassle. With the screen already delivered and mounted, we returned to site to apply the PC, finalise the setup, and give the client a full run-through of the interactive. A smooth process, a smart decision by the client, and a great result all round.

From landscaped gardens and wellness spaces to nearby transport links and shops, each feature is clearly highlighted with rich visuals and helpful information—giving buyers a real sense of the lifestyle that comes with living at Hayes Park.

Full plot information

Users can easily view detailed information for every plot, including images, floorplans, and full specifications—all in one place. The app also makes it simple to compare multiple plots side by side, helping buyers quickly see the differences and find the home that’s right for them.

Rich local area map

We showcase the lifestyle on offer with a detailed local area map - highlighting nearby schools, shops, transport links, and other key amenities around the development.
