Project brief
Cluny Mews is Salboy’s latest impressive development featuring a selection of 35 high quality one, two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes.
For Salboy, we turned the architectural visualisations into a highly visual interactive to showcase the development. The interactive includes a 360 building spinner, interactive floor plans, embedded pano tours and detailed information on the development’s key features.
Salboy also needed a way to assist property sales and marketing in the UK and overseas, so we installed a native app in their marketing suites including a fully offline version to enable sales agents to sell via devices which have no web connection. The app is also available as a PWA for easy sharing to any device.
Introducing Cluny Mews by Salboy
For Salboy’s latest development, based in Kensington, we delivered an interactive property marketing app to introduce the building, the apartments and public spaces inside.The app was installed onto screens in their marketing suite and published as a progressive web app for public and overseas sharing.
360 spinner
Using a series of exterior CGI’s of the building we created an interactive 360 degree spinner.Users can take a view of the outside of the building from any direction as well as selecting floors directly from the building CGI to explore the public areas and apartments in finer detail.
Interactive 3D floor plates
Using axonometric views of each floor in the building we created a fully interactive set of floor plates.Users can explore each of the building’s storeys and tap to explore details of any of the apartments as well as taking a 360 tour of shared spaces.
Embedded 360 tours and bespoke landing pages
We included a series of 360 tours in the app which can be access from the building, spinner, 3D floor plates and also from the main menu.We also created bespoke landing ages to introduce some of the notable areas of the development including shared areas such as the lobby, offices and courtyard.
Full details of the development and apartments
Each type of apartment or duplex can be viewed with full details including specifications, image gallery, floor plans and dimensions.There are also 360 tours of three different show apartments.
Responsive PWA for easy sharing and remote selling
Along with the marketing fully-managed, native marketing suite app we provided a progressive web app (PWA).The PWA is fully responsive meaning that sales agents can easily share app details with prospective buyers to safely view on any device and still enjoy a fully optimised interactive experience. This has proven a great tool for remote selling.
