Project brief
Space Homes came to us to create a visual interactive solution to market their new development, Cromwell Gardens, from the on-site marketing suite in Rastrick.
The impressive development will be home to 267 new homes, being built and released in three phases.
We created the app primarily to be used on a freestanding kiosk screen, to entice prospective buyers and as a tool for sales agents to show off the new homes. The app is also available as PWA meaning it can be shared to customers devices to take home with them after visiting.

Introducing Cromwell Gardens, Rastrick
Cromwell Gardens is an impressive development in Rastrick by Space Homes, featuring an impressive 267 new homes being produced in 3 phases.Space homes wanted to introduce an interactive element to their new marketing suite for the development to aid sales staff and entice prospective buyers.
Fully managed, free-standing kiosk screen
We provided Space Homes with a large free-standing kiosk screen for their marketing suite.Our hardware is full managed and includes remote support, so we are always at hand to help at the click of a button.
3D masterplan showing the overall development in three phases
Space Homes commissioned a large digital 3D model of the entire development masterplan for the purposes of their interactive.The 3D site plan shows the boundaries of each development phase and can be zoomed and explored in detail.
Interactive home selection
Using high resolution CGIs from each phase of the development masterplan we created a visual property selector. This allowed sales agents and home buyers to explore properties in high definition from multiple angles and select homes to see key details.
Interactive brochure pages
We created a set of interactive brochure pages for the app in Space Homes brand style. The brochure includes animations and links to various other areas of the app to make it a great visual sales tool for the marketing suite, as well as for sharing to buyer’s devices.
PWA for sharing and download to various devices
Space Homes decided to release their Marmoset app as a PWA allowing potential buyers and sales assistants to install the app on any mobile device or view in their browser. Due to the nature of a PWA the app is also enabled with offline support meaning the app can be used seamlessly even in low or zero signal areas.Find out more about PWAs...
