Project Brief

Latimer Homes were in need of a property marketing app solution for their stylish marketing suite for their Evergreen development, an elegant enclave of modern homes with a tranquil garden square at its heart. The marketing suite is equipped with a 3D architectural model, so it was important to Latimer that they could integrate model lighting into their new app. They were also in need of a very fast turnaround for launch.

Introducing Evergreen

Latimer's Evergreen development is collection of 133 homes, located in a vibrant area of North London. They needed our help to digitise their marketing suite, helping them to showcase these beautiful new off-plan properties.

Interactive touchscreen

Latimer wanted an interactive touchscreen to add to their marketing suite, to deliver their property information easily to prospective home buyers in an engaging way. We installed a 55 inch touchscreen into their beautiful leafy wall for their sales team and buyers to enjoy.

3D architectural model lighting

The Evergreen marketing suite was also equipped with a 3D architectural model which needed to be integrated with the app to support contextual model lighting. This included changing lighting for each building, floor and plot. This was no problem for us to integrate due to Marmoset's built-in extendability.

Using the touchscreen app customers are able to see everything they might need know about the development, properties and the local area. The app includes;

PWA for selling outside the marketing suite

Evergreen's customer marketing experience now extends beyond the marketing suite with a PWA, meaning potential customers leave the marketing suite with a link to the progressive web app allowing them to review the development in their own time on any device.
