Introducing the next phases at Greenwich Millennium Village
Countryside got in touch in preparation for launching the next two phases at Greenwich Millennium Village. Between the two new buildings they are advertising more than 240 new homes and wanted a new way to advertise their homes in the on-site marketing suite.
3D architectural model lighting
Countryside had commissioned an impressive 3D model for the marketing suite which would include model lighting.
Due to Marmoset's built-in extendability this was no problem for us and we were able to easily set up a touchscreen that communicates with the model; lighting up various buildings, floors and apartments as users interact with different sections of the app.
Linked screens
To extend the interactive experience beyond the kiosk screen Countryside include wall-mounted screens linked to the touch screen.
These screens mirror content, allowing larger groups of prospective home buyers to see the information being shown and allowing sales agents to be more presentational.
Highly interactive and immersive content
The app includes many of our most popular modules and features, including:
3D apartment selectors
Using CGIs from all the way around each building we created an interactive selection tool to explore apartments.
Interactive masterplan
We added rich media for various locations on the masterplan to allow users to explore the impressive amenities and village setting in more detail, as well as the phases being promoted.
All the important content easily accessible
Using the touchscreen app customers are able to see everything they might need know about the development, properties and the local area. The app includes:
- Property finders and building explorers
- Bespokely designed building pages
- Detailed plot information
- Local area details
- Save and share favourites
- Availability tables
- and much more...
PWA for selling outside the marketing suite
Countryside's customer marketing experience now extends beyond the marketing suite with a PWA, meaning potential customers leave the marketing suite with a link to the progressive web app allowing them to review the development in their own time on any device.
