Marketing over 350 apartments across 40 storeys
Taking CGIs created by architectural visualisation specialists, Our Studio, we delivered an interactive property marketing app illustrating the impressive 40 storey apartment building and the apartments, amenities and public spaces inside. The app was installed onto screens in their marketing suite and published as a progressive web app for public and overseas sharing.
360 interactive building spinner
Using CGI's of the building exterior we created an interactive 360 degree spinner, where users can take a view of the outside of the building from any direction as well as selecting floors to explore the amenities and apartments within in detail.
Explorable amenities and apartments from interactive floor plans
Using CGIs for each unique floor of the building we created interactive floor plans, allowing users to see and explore the building's amenities and apartment styles in more detail.
Embedded panoramic tours and bespoke landing pages
The development is equipped with a set of impressive amenities, each of which has its own virtual tour. We created a set of bespoke landing pages to introduce each of the featured amenities which in turn linked to the corresponding pano tour. We also included a pano tour for the apartments along with each apartment's details.
PWA for selling overseas
With plans to sell overseas, in China particularly, creating a shareable app was important for Salboy's sales team. Our PWA's can be shared via web links as well as being downloaded onto various devices giving quick access to overseas sales agents and home buyers from their device's home screen.
The PWA is fully responsive meaning that sales agents can easily share app details with prospective buyers to safely view on any device and still enjoy a fully optimised interactive experience.
