We are thrilled to share our most recent interactive UX experience for the new stunning development in Epping, Thornwood Park by Weston Homes.

A large interactive touch screen is placed at the heart of their marketing suite, the perfect off-plan selling tool.

It's great to keep working with Weston Homes, receiving such positive feedback, and how the Marmoset system has already been a big boost to new home off-plan sales.

You can now switch between your 3D asset and a top-down view of the site plan. This is an excellent way to showcase all the details of a home's surroundings.

Introducing Thornwood Park by Weston Homes

Thornwood Park is a beautiful development in the popular town of Epping. The Marmoset system has allowed them to use a more modern approach to selling their off-plan luxurious homes.

The app features a powerful 360° spinner on a 32k resolution site plan, a 2D/3D toggle, immersive streetview and much more.

Rotate and view all angles of the development without losing quality of the site plan.

Zoom in to view all homes in stunning detail and experience how they would look like at street level through the immersive streetview feature.

2D/3D toggle

You can now switch between your 3D asset and a top-down view of the site plan.

See a more exact depiction of the home without any optical illusions caused by perspective.

We add any of the marketing material provided to the app.

The app is branded using your brand guidelines, images, videos and CGIs. A bespoke app made for you.

Rich local area

The local area map is a fantastic tool for demonstrating what local amenities surround the development.

Making the most of this area, the Thornwood Park local area map is populated with the nearby shools, restaurants, amenities and more.
