We’ve worked closely with Weston Homes on a series of interactive marketing solutions that redefine how they showcase their developments. Across multiple sites, our Marmoset Lite and Marmoset Pro platforms have powered branded, feature-rich apps that bring each development to life — combining real-time plot availability, floorplans, and specifications in an engaging, immersive interface.

Each app was tailored to the individual development, designed to engage buyers, simplify complex information, and deliver a smooth experience. 

Flexible, bespoke setups

We’ve designed our Weston Homes apps to perform beautifully in a variety of environments — from large wall-mounted touchscreens and kiosks to tablet devices used offsite. Whether buyers explore independently or with the guidance of a sales consultant, the experience remains seamless, fast, and reliable.

Full offline functionality ensures everything works flawlessly even in areas with limited connectivity — keeping the focus on the homes, not the Wi-Fi signal.

Experience each home in full detail with immersive streetview—offering a ground-level perspective that lets users explore the development as if they’re already there. Every path, plot, and view, right from their marketing suite.

3D maps 

Our interactive 3D maps let buyers explore the full development and its surrounding area from every angle. Hotspots highlight key places, giving users a clear sense of place and helping them visualise the lifestyle on offer.

Time of day

Experience viewing the building and apartments at any hour with realistic time-of-day lighting.

Rich local area map

We showcase the lifestyle on offer with a detailed local area map - highlighting nearby schools, shops, transport links, and other key amenities around the development. Fully integrated with the website API, it ensures plot and location information stays accurate and updates automatically in real time.

Model lighting integration

When asked to work alongside Infinite Arch to integrate with the model lighting we decided to make this a core part of the project. Not only are plots lit when a plot is selected - the apps supports beautiful fades, in sync screensaver, floor lighting, block lighting, warm colours and more.

As well as being installed into large kiosk screens in their marketing suite, this Marmoset app works across mobile, tablet and desktop devices as a progressive web app.


Fully managed hardware with remote support

We provided a large freestanding touchscreen for the marketing suite and offer full hardware management and remote support for complete peace of mind. Our apps work on a huge variety of devices so we can generally work with your existing hardware.

Public share links with web friendly URLs

Publishing your app as a PWA (Progressive Web App) allows you to share it to any device using web friendly URLs, as well as downloading the app icon to your device’s home screen for easy access and a more native experience.
