At a glance
Weston Homes is one of Marmoset's longest-standing clients. Across more than eight developments, we have delivered branded interactive sales apps for schemes ranging from boutique heritage conversions to large greenfield family-housing sites. The relationship keeps growing, with two further launches in progress as of June 2026.
Client: Weston Homes
Developments: 8+, across Essex, London, Hampshire, and beyond
The relationship
Weston Homes is one of the UK's most active volume housebuilders, with 40 years in the industry and developments spanning Essex, London, Surrey, and Hampshire.
What began as a single development scheme, has grown into one of our deepest ongoing partnerships. Weston Homes now uses Marmoset across their marketing suites as standard, and each new scheme comes with its own brief, its own brand identity, and its own considerations. Sustained trust has allowed us to push and grow the platform further and improve the buyer experience.
On the ground at launch
Weston Homes launches are the best, seeing everything come together and sharing these with sales and marketing teams to make sure the suite is ready from day one. We are on-site when the kiosk powers up for the first time, resolving anything that needs resolving in the room, and handing over to the sales team with confidence rather than via an email chain.
That presence has shaped how we work. When you are in the room on launch day, you see what the sales team actually needs, and what buyers actually do. It feeds back into every subsequent build.
Built for Weston, across every scheme
Our relationship with Weston across so many developments, means we know how they sell. Certain features have been built specifically for how their suites operate and how their teams work.
Dual-screen suite setup
Most Weston suites run a 43" freestanding touchscreen kiosk alongside a 75" wall-mounted screen, both running the same app off the same CMS. The sales consultant and buyer can explore at the same time. Plot availability, pricing, and content stay consistent across everything.
Real-time 3D with time-of-day rendering
Several Weston schemes use real-time 3D, letting buyers orbit, zoom, and explore apartment blocks with live plot availability overlaid. On top of that, we built time-of-day rendering so the building can be shown at dawn, midday, dusk, or evening light from inside the suite. A west-facing penthouse reads very differently at 8pm than at noon, and we understand the importance - Weston's sales teams can show it at its best regardless of when the appointment is booked.
Model lighting integration
For Tayfen Court, we integrated the app directly with the physical architectural model in the suite. Selecting a plot on the touchscreen illuminates the corresponding unit in the model. The app also drives fades, in-sync screensavers, floor lighting, block lighting, and warm-colour ambience. It turned the model from a static display object into a live part of the sales experience, built specifically to fit how Weston's suites operate.
Full offline functionality
Weston's suites are not always in city-centre serviced offices. Some are on active construction sites with limited connectivity. We developed apps to work flawlessly offline, so the conversation stays on the homes and not the Wi-Fi signal.

Target Devices
As well as being installed into large kiosk screens in their marketing suite, this Marmoset app works across mobile, tablet and desktop devices as a progressive web app.
Fully managed hardware with remote support
We provided a large freestanding touchscreen for the marketing suite and offer full hardware management and remote support for complete peace of mind. Our apps work on a huge variety of devices so we can generally work with your existing hardware.
Public share links with web friendly URLs
Publishing your app as a PWA (Progressive Web App) allows you to share it to any device using web friendly URLs, as well as downloading the app icon to your device’s home screen for easy access and a more native experience.
