One Vision Housing wanted our help to create a visual interactive solution to market their new apartments at Conway Point.
Using a set of external CGIs from the building we were able to create the interactive apartment selector, with selectable plots and styles viewable from four different viewpoints.
It was important that One Vision Housing could share the interactive with buyers and sales agents, so the app was published as a progressive web app, giving them the option to share via web links or download to the home screens of their devices for easy access and a more native app experience.

Introducing Conway Point
Conway Point is a collection of one and two bedroom apartments based in Birkenhead, developed by One Vision Housing.Using exterior CGIs we created an interactive property finder to enable prospective buyers to explore the development and the off-plan properties on offer.
Explore plots from four key viewpoints
The development building can be rotated around to view from four separate viewpoints giving a great overview of the building and where each of its apartments are situated.
Selectable apartments and apartment types
Sales agents and prospective home buyers can easily interact with the building model to select individual plots as well as apartments which have the same layout or style. From here users can drill down into more detailed information about each property.
Progressive web app
One Vision Housing decided to release their Marmoset app as a PWA allowing potential buyers and sales assistants to install the app on any mobile device or view in their browser. Due to the nature of a PWA the app is also enabled with offline support meaning the app can be used seamlessly even in low or zero signal areas.Find out more about PWAs...
