Space Homes wanted a way to market their latest housing development, Ellerwood.

This impressive development based in Skipton, North Yorkshire comprises of over 100 new homes and offers a variety of affordable buying schemes.

Our job was to create an interactive exploration tool for prospective buyers to explore in their on-site property marketing suite as well as remotely via a PWA.

Introducing Ellerwood, Skipton

Ellerwood by Space Homes is based in Skipton and comprises of over 100 homes.

Our main goals for the app were to show off the development layout and create a visual plot selector. We displayed the houses being offered under various different affordable housing schemes using our sales type features.

Interactive home selection

Using high resolution CGIs of the development masterplan we created a visual property selector. This allowed sales agents and home buyers to explore properties in high detail and select homes to see key details.

Multiple viewpoints and high definition zooming to explore in detail

Using a series of high resolution CGIs we were able to create a 3D version of the site plan for buyers to view from four key viewpoints, where users can zoom and rotate to get a better understanding of the development.

PWA for sharing and download to various devices

Space Homes decided to release their Marmoset app as a PWA allowing potential buyers and sales assistants to install the app on any mobile device or view in their browser. Due to the nature of a PWA the app is also enabled with offline support meaning the app can be used seamlessly even in low or zero signal areas.
