Project Brief

Stoneleigh View is a prestigious new development of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom family homes.

Bovis required interactive sales tools, digital brochures and web modules to help with off-plan sales across all of their marketing channels. They were keen to save costs via use of their existing assets and 3D models previously created for their traditional print material.

Marmoset was perfectly positioned to be able to offer an all-in-one solution, utilising the existing assets to produce a 3D interactive site plan for use in both the marketing suite and directly from the Bovis website.

Maximising asset value

Bovis had previously created a fly-through animation via our CGI partners at BlueCube. Therefore, all the CGI heavy lifting had been done and working with BlueCube we were able to extract all the assets required for a 3D interactive siteplan at minimal further cost to the client.

Covering all sales channels

Whether on the web, remote sales agents, or marketing suite visits it was important to ensure all sale channels would benefit from the latest interactive tools.

Therefore, we delivered not only an interactive touchscreen, but tablet apps and full web integration too.

Simple, no hassle management

It's was critical to Bovis that all their sales channels show the latest and up to date information.

Marmoset provided a bespoke, real-time, CMS that syncs all devices instantly ensuring the correct information is always at hand.

Introducing Stoneleigh View by Bovis

Demonstrating this prestigious new development of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom family homes by Bovis in the town of Stoneleigh Kenilworth.

This Marmoset app brings the high-quality CGI assets to life, creating an interactive and immersive sales tool.

Interactive siteplan

This development covers a large area so portraying the house style types clearly within the siteplan as well showing an availability is key.

This was achieved by using a band of colour on the house style image that syncs with the plot number on the siteplan.

Street view exploring

To gain a feel for the completed development this app features a captivating street view tour.

The user can walk around as they wish down every road and even check out the communal spaces such as play parks.

Once in the plot details for a plot you can drop in to the streetview to explore the view from the front door.

Bespoke brochure

The Bovis Homes app opens with a digital brochure. Digital brochures are a fantastic way of cutting printing costs as well as being better for the environment as there is no paper waste.

The brochure covers all the areas their printed brochure would have, meaning nothing is missed and can be easily accessed by prospective buyers even after they have returned home.

Share the app and favourites

For an interested customer, being able to take the whole app home with you is desirable.

Collate a list of favourite plots, compare them and share in a number of ways; to a friend via email, copy a link to send on or scan directly to your phone via a QR code.
