Marmoset Lift for apartments

Your CGIs, made clickable.

You’ve already paid for good pictures of your building. Lift lets buyers tap straight into them: pick the building, choose a floor and open the flat, with its plan, size, aspect and availability. It’s built from the CGIs and floor plans you already have, and it sits on your website or runs on a laptop in front of a buyer.

Four things to try

What your buyers can do

Each one’s a short clip from our sample, Lanthorn Quay. Hover to watch, or scroll down and have a go yourself.

Start from your aerial

Your masterplan CGI is the way in. Each building has a label with how many homes are left. Tap one and the view glides round to it, and the arrows step through your other aerials.

Walk round each building

Each building has its own views. The arrows step round it, so buyers see every side, with the floors listed alongside and how many homes are available on each.

Choose a floor

Every level is drawn from your floor plans, with each flat in its type’s colour and its number on it. Filter by studio, one, two or three beds and each floor shows just the flats that match.

Open the flat

Tap a flat for its card: bedrooms, bathrooms, its size in square metres and square feet, which way it faces, and whether it’s available, reserved or sold.

The sample site in 3D

Lanthorn Quay is a sample. It sits on a real plot in Nine Elms with its real neighbours round it, but the developer, the homes and the availability are made up and the images illustrative.

Your pictures

Your CGIs do the work

Most apartment schemes have a set of CGIs that buyers look at once and move on from. With Lift they become the way in to every flat. We line the 3D model up with each picture, so when a buyer taps a building in your CGI, it’s that building that opens.

If you’re missing an angle, say there’s no aerial yet or no picture of one of the blocks, we can make an illustrative view from the model to fill the gap. It’s always marked as illustrative, and we’d swap in your own CGI when it’s ready.

Who it’s for

Selling or letting apartments

It works the same wherever the buyer is, on the website or on a laptop in front of them.

  • Sales teams and agentsFor launches abroad and buyers who can’t get to the suite. It runs in any browser, so it works as well in a hotel meeting room as on the website.
  • MarketingIt gets more out of the CGIs you’ve already commissioned, and gives buyers a reason to stay on the development page.
  • Build-to-rentRenters can pick a flat by floor, size and which way it faces, with live availability, before they book a viewing.

On your website

It goes where your pictures are now

Lift drops into your development page as a simple embed, in place of the static CGIs or the plan you have today. It runs in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or desktop, so there’s nothing for buyers to install.

Availability and prices come from a simple CMS your sales team update, or we can hook it up to your own system’s API.

What we need and how long

Built from what you already have

We build it from your CGIs and the architect’s drawings. There’s nothing new to commission.

We can show you a first look built from the planning drawings and your CGIs, and agree a date for the finished version once we’ve seen the floor plans.

  • Your CGIsThe aerial and any views of each building, plus any street-level pictures.
  • Floor plans for every levelIdeally as DWG or the architect’s PDFs. The planning set is fine for a first look.
  • ElevationsSo each building’s shape, materials and windows match your pictures.
  • Accommodation schedule and brandFlat types, sizes, prices or rents and availability, plus your fonts, colours and logo.
Price

From £1,500 + VAT per building

Built from your CGIs and drawings, and set up on your website.

That’s for Lift on its own, without the full sales app. The price goes up with the size of the building, and Lift as part of the full app is quoted separately.

Send us a scheme and we’ll give you a price for it, along with a first look.

Want to see your own building?

Tell us the scheme and we’ll have a go at a first look from its planning drawings and your CGIs, so you can see it before deciding anything. Happy to talk it through on a call too.
