A former military barracks reimagined — kiosk and screen live for launch day

Bellew Park is a mixed scheme on the site of the former Princess Royal Barracks in Deepcut, Surrey, part of a wider regeneration of the historic military site. The release covers two distinct product types: Parcel X, a collection of new-build 2–5 bed houses, and the Sergeants' Mess, a conversion of the original barracks building into 1–3 bed apartments. All units are private sale.

Weston Homes needed a single sales app that could handle both product types coherently — new-build houses and heritage conversion apartments alongside each other in one suite — with a kiosk and wall screen ready for the 19 June 2026 launch.

Tech: 43" freestanding touchscreen kiosk, 75" wall-mounted display

Timeline: Launched 19 June 2026

What we built

We delivered the Marmoset sales app on a 43" freestanding touchscreen kiosk, with a 75" wall-mounted display running alongside it in the sales suite. The kiosk anchors the interactive sale: 3D site plan, plot finder, panoramic spinner, and floor plans. The wall screen runs the same app at full scale for ambient presence and presentation moments.

A screensaver video plays when the kiosk is idle, giving the suite a polished, always-on presence even before a buyer steps up to interact.

3D interactive site plan

The centrepiece of the suite experience. Bellew Park rendered in 3D, set against an aerial photo of the surrounding site. Plots mapped and coloured by availability, unit type a single tap away.

75" wall-mounted screen

The same app at room scale. Background presence before the conversation starts; presentation tool once it does.

Install day

We come to site. That is not a given in this industry, and it matters more than it sounds.

Two days before launch, we were at Bellew Park to bring the kiosk and wall screen up ourselves. The 43" touchscreen kiosk went in, the 75" TV went up, HDMI connected, app loaded and running. By the time the sales team walked in on launch morning, there was nothing to sort out.

That hands-on presence is how we work with Weston across every scheme. We make sure the interactive is ready, working, and handed over with confidence before the doors open.
