3D site plan set against the real aerial
The site plan for Bellew Park is rendered in 3D and composited against a real aerial photograph of the Princess Royal Barracks site, giving buyers an immediate sense of scale, context, and how the new homes sit within the wider regeneration. Plot availability overlays cleanly on top, so the 3D read and the sales information work together rather than competing.
Images and streetview panos
Buyers can move from the site plan straight into CGIs of the home they are interested in, or step through a street-view panoramic tour of the development, exploring the streetscene and landscaping as it will look when complete. For a site as distinctive as the Princess Royal Barracks, that sense of place is a significant part of the sell.
Digital PDF brochure
We integrated a flippable digital brochure directly inside the app, so buyers can browse the full development story at the kiosk without needing a physical copy to hand. Every page is accessible from within the same experience, keeping the buyer engaged and in the suite.
Branded and easy to navigate
The app pulls directly from Weston's Bellew Park marketing material, so the experience feels like a natural extension of the brand from the moment a buyer walks in. CMS access was handed to the Weston marketing team at launch, giving them direct control over content and availability updates without needing to come back to us for every change.
