Project brief

To digitise Curo's marketing suite in Weston-super-Mare and boost off-plan sales a multi-platform approach was taken.

Utilising a large touchscreen kiosk, a floating iPad and an impressive interactive window display the sales team always have the right information at their fingertips. The app is also available for their visitors to take home with them on their own devices and includes a full digital brochure, live availability and more.

Each platform supports a fully featured off plan sales tool including a stunning 3D siteplan, street level walkthroughs, digital brochures and much more.

Locking Parklands is a new residential development in Weston-super-Mare that will deliver 124 homes, including 30% affordable housing by 2026.

Marmoset have provided a native kiosk screen that will stand proudly in their marketing suite, enabling sales staff to walk visitors around the development.

Curo included street view on their Marmoset kiosk which is ideal for walking prospective buyers around the development before the site is ready. Take a look for yourself, it really brings the site alive.

Curo got the whole team in to launch the interactive kiosk. It was great to see everyone so excited to give the app a try and get to know the site using this great sales tool.
