A Grade II Listed Victorian HQ, 34 boutique homes, and an interactive that respected the room

The Head Quarters is a Grade II Listed Victorian building on the Wellesley estate in Aldershot — foundation stone laid in 1894, former home of the British Army's 4th Division, converted by Weston Homes into 34 boutique apartments and cottages.

The brief was different from a typical new-build project. Heritage conversion, small scheme, and the interactive needed to feel right in the room.

Tech: Wall-mounted touchscreen, iPad companion, interactive plot finder.

Timeline: Launched 30 January 2026

What we built

Marmoset on a wall-mounted touchscreen, paired with an iPad all integrated to a centralised CMS, putting plot availability in the hands of the sales team from day one. One plot finder handling both apartments and cottages across a single coherent interface.

Interactive site overview

The full development in one view — featuring The Head Quarter apartments within the restored Victorian building, alongside the surrounding cottages set within the grounds of the former Barracks and Post Office. Interactive drop-in points provide immersive panoramic 360° views, offering an additional layer of perspective and allowing viewers to experience the development from multiple vantage points.

Full experience, hand-held

Everything available on the wall — the development, local area, streetview — in a format made for the hand. Browse plots, explore the neighbourhood, and walk the street at ground level, all from a single device sized for the seated conversation.
