The brief
Withies Green is Curo’s development in Keynsham, between Bath and Bristol: detached and semi-detached family homes and three-storey townhouses around green space.
Curo wanted buyers to understand the whole site at a glance, and to see what was available the moment they arrived. And for one house type, The Bruton, they wanted more than a floorplan. It’s a three-storey townhouse, and buyers found it hard to picture how the extra floor would work for them.
The site from above
Buyers start with an aerial view of Withies Green, every plot marked available or reserved. They can turn the site, switch to 2D, and tap any plot for its house type, size and price.
Every home, every plot
The Homes screen shows each house type with how many are left, and the availability table lists every plot with its style, bedrooms, floor area, price and status. From any plot, street view puts buyers on the pavement outside the front door. Favourites and sharing let buyers take a shortlist home, and a flythrough, a gallery of street scenes and the digital brochure are one tap away.
The Bruton, cut through
Instead of another floorplan, we built a cut-through of the whole house inside the app. The front lifts away so every floor is visible, and buyers pick a room and a life stage and watch it change: a nursery in year one, room to play at five, a desk under a loft bed at ten, a teenager’s den at fifteen, and a second sitting room at twenty.

The outcome
Withies Green, 208 homes, launched on 26 September 2026, with the app in the marketing suite and on the web from one CMS, and the Bruton cut-through ready for launch day. It’s the latest development in a long relationship: we’ve built the sales apps for Curo’s developments across Bath and Somerset.
