Enhanced streetview: walk the development before it’s built
Enhanced streetview is now live in Marmoset UX.
Buyers can explore the development at street level, see which homes are available as they go, and step straight into the details of any plot.
A siteplan tells a buyer where a home sits. It doesn’t tell them what it feels like to turn into the road, what the neighbouring houses look like or what they’d see from the front door.
That’s the question Enhanced streetview answers.
Explore the development at street level
Streetview puts buyers on the pavement. Tap along the road to move through the development, look around in any direction and get a real sense of the place: the street scene, the landscaping, the driveways and the homes either side.
A minimap sits in the corner the whole time, showing exactly where the buyer is standing. Expand it to see the full layout, then jump back in wherever they want to go next. Nobody gets lost, and the sales team can pick up the thread at any point.
Live availability, right on the street
Every home in the streetview carries its plot number, and each one reflects live availability. As buyers explore, they can see which homes are still available without leaving the view or cross-checking a price list.
It turns a walk down the street into a shortlist. The buyer spots a home they like, and they already know whether it’s on the market.
From the front door to the floor plans
When a home catches their eye, one tap on the plot takes them straight to its details: floor plans, images, dimensions, home features and more. It’s the same information they’d find on the housetype pages, reached from where the buyer actually got interested.
Why it matters
Buying off-plan asks buyers to imagine a place that doesn’t exist yet. The more they can see for themselves, the more confident they feel.
- A real sense of place. Buyers experience the street, not just the plot outline.
- Availability where it matters. No flicking between screens to check what’s left.
- A shorter path to the home. From street to floor plan in a single tap.
The development stops being a map and becomes somewhere they can picture living.
