Most development pages still show the siteplan as a picture.
Sometimes it’s a flat image, sometimes a basic clickable plan, and availability usually sits in a separate list underneath. Buyers often find it on their phone first, and a picture of a plan doesn’t give them much to do there.
Marmoset Lift is our answer to that. It takes your development off the drawings and into 3D, and it goes on your website where the plan is now. You don’t need the full Marmoset sales app to have it.

We build Lift from the drawings you already have. Planning drawings are enough for a first look, so you can see your own site before deciding anything. With your DWGs we get everything exact, and the finished version is live in under two weeks.
On the website you already have
Lift drops into your existing development pages as a simple embed. It works on phones, tablets and laptops, with nothing for buyers to install. Availability and prices come from a simple CMS your sales team update, or we can hook it up to your own system’s API.
Buyers can also zoom out past the site to see the local area: schools, stations, supermarkets, GPs, parks and pubs on a map round the development, flat or in 3D.
What it costs
Lift starts from £1,500 + VAT for up to 50 plots. If you later want the full Marmoset app for your marketing suite, with photo-realistic aerials and street views, Lift carries straight over into it.
