Morris Meadows is a collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes based in Merseyside.
The homes are available under various selling schemes including affordable rent, shared ownership and rent to buy; which we were able to promote across the app using our 'sales type' functionality.

Using 16k resolution CGIs with our interactive site plan module the site plan can be explore in high detail by zooming, panning and rotating.
Each home can be selected to reveal key details. Using our powerful filtering system, finding the ideal home is made easy for prospective home buyers.
Explore with streetview tours
Users can take a virtual walk around the entire development and absorb the neighbourhood from street level using the streetview feature.
Our streetview tours can also be created to support VR.
Bespoke info pages and gallery links
For Morris Meadows we concentrated primarily on selling the impressive set of more than 90 houses, however, there is also a large apartment block on-site, which One Vision Housing wanted to highlight.
To do this we created an info pop-up on the site plan with a link to a bespoke gallery, especially for the apartment block.
Full details of the development and its homes
Using the touchscreen app customers are able to see everything they might need know about the development, properties and the local area. The app includes;

Responsive PWA and website embed
The app was published as a PWA, meaning it can be shared and dowloaded to any device.
One Vision Housing also wanted to include the interactive on their main website so we added it to a web-friendly subdomain and embedded the app on a custom web page, including the OVH branding.
