Warish Hall Park is a green-field scheme immediately behind Weston Homes' own offices in Takeley, Essex. It comprises 40 homes across a mix of 2, 3, 4, and 5-bed semis and detached houses, with a First Homes allocation alongside the private sale units.
Weston Homes needed a full sales app in the suite for the 5 June launch. Three weeks from asset delivery to go-live. The development name also changed mid-build (from Warish Hall Farm to Warish Hall Park), which meant a full rebrand turnaround without touching the deadline.

What we built
We delivered the Marmoset sales app on a 43" freestanding touchscreen kiosk, with a 75" wall-mounted display running alongside it in the sales suite. The kiosk handles the interactive sale: site plan, plot finder, floor plans, and aerial spinner to give buyers full scope of what is to come at Warish Hall Park. The wall screen runs the same app at full scale for ambient presence and presentation.

Warish Hall Park successfully launched and where Marmoset needed to accommodate on deadline amends, we were able to with hast and without impacting the launch date.
